I bought 2 pairs of shoes, taking advantage of the store's "Buy one and get the 2nd pair for half price" offer. Approximately 3 weeks later, the heel of one shoe just broke off and I noticed there was also a raised area inside the shoe. This was disappointing but I returned to the store and the staff seemed genuinely concerned and went out of their way to ensure I could get the same shoe as replacement. There were none in their store so they phoned the Woden store and I have tonight picked up a new pair of shoes exactly the same as the original (hopefully without the broken heel!)
