Well went again the other week to give it another go. We ordered 2 pizzas and then I said I'll have a pizza with chicken and veges. My mates pizzas came and I got chicken breast and frozen veges, no pizza, the girl when questioned said we don't do that sort of pizza, so what I said made u decide to give me a totally different dish, no response. Didn't eat mine and my mate didn't like her pizza. I've given them so many chances and won't go again.

Unfortunately I havent had any great experiences here in the many visits whether social or for business.
Bar staff couldnt get out of their own way if they tried..... I think it's really sad the customer service is diminishing so rapidly in all forms.
Meals are overpriced and disappointing.
Cleanliness is fairly good however cleanup when there is a group is lacking.
The refurb does look good but it's whats on the inside that counts and this place is empty there is no heart or soul to encourage people making it their local.

Totally agree, the bar staff make you feel like your putting them out and the food is always disappointing for me.

Put simply, the Peachtree Hotel is Penrith summed up in bar-form. There's a very relaxed attitude, dress is often as casual as a tank top and boardshorts, and in addition to a DJ you can sometimes experience random bits of fun like enormous jumping castles and photographers.

There's a mixed bunch of people here. Some come in large groups to drink, drink and drink some more. Others are in small duos just grabbing a bite on a Sunday afternoon. I fall into the latter when it comes to this place.

The food is quite decent. I've experienced steaks, salt & pepper calamari and pizzas, and they've all been filling and worth their price of ~$20. The menu is typically Australian and generic, but there's nothing really to complain about.

On bartenders and chefs - no comment. They make no effort to be friendly unless they know you, but they're not particularly rude either. All in all, whether this place will be to your liking or not really depends on how well you think you can adapt yourself into a clear-cut subculture. I have heard stories about wildly intoxicated people, racism and fights outside, but have seen none of these from personal experience.

Approximate cost: $20

Hi Gfern, thank you for a brilliantly written review. From our perspective, any business exhibiting a poor level of customer service is not worth bothering with and this appears to be apparent given the negative comments registered on WOMO and other websites. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

Yep I have to agree, I had a few bad experiences here. The staff in the bar were very self absorbed and downright rude. Too young to serve people I think. The food was once really good but now very overpriced and below average. I ordered a burger and it was really awful, I ate 2 bites and we left. My partner didnt eat hers either. Its a shame cause t was once alot better than this. Need a new menu and chef.

Approximate cost: $16

Hi Rachealrenee, it really doesn’t matter what the food is like if a business cares so little about customer service. We would likely avoid an establishment based on this facet alone. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

Very nice venue for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Although the meals are very expensive, but they have the best pizza out west. As far as security i think the current security is doing a great Job, the head security is very respectful and would rather reason with intoxicated persons than do what the other security companies do and show them the door with a few jabs here and there.

staff are rude. drinks and food are overpriced. people who need to be cut off are not but people who have not drank much but are louder seem to be harassed by security. too many fight. not a pleasant experience

Sounds like a great place to avoid! Reeces
