The prices here are incredibly reasonable, I ordered lunch for just $15. I ended up getting the porterhouse steak with chips and salad, which I think was a fantastic deal for the price. If you visit at dinner time though the costs are higher. The service was really fast and efficient and all the staff were friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my meal even though it was busy, which was great.

Excellent beer garden, giant jenga and pool tables. A few tv screens to watch sport. The weekday $10 lunch specials are great and have variety. Beer is a bit pricey. Staff are great!

Reasonable. But not the best. On quality, I would say it sits between gastropub and budget pub. It was OK, I would go for a casual meal more for convenience a reliable and hearty meal and relaxed atmosphere.

I really love this place, in summer you have a great big beer garden to relax in with shade sails and trees around the the fence line, winter a nice warm fire to keep you warm with nice big comfy chairs. Wednesday night is trivia night for those who like quizzes, a pool table to just chill out around with your mates, big screens to watch any important sport game on and a nice quiet area at the front for a more private eating area. The meals have always been great and the prices are reasonable. There is an atm at this location making it a one stop place after work without needing to go to the bank.

I've been past this place many times and well the only reason we ended up going there was that everywhere else on High St was pretty much closed. They have a vibrant beer garden eating area which is where we chose to sit and relax at. I ordered the Parma as per usual, for $21 it was adeqaute at best. The chicken itself was great a nice full breast of chicken, but it really fell down with its toppings, the ham was barely there the sauce tasted more like bolognese. The sides were good, nice tasty fat chips and a well prepared salad. Overall it was a great place to catch up with mates and the occasional Bulmers on tap went down great!! Also the staff were very friendly.

Approximate cost: $18-25

Very nice food, a great atmosphere. Lovely fire on a cold night. Great outdoor area/beer garden for a nice night. Nice comfy seats for drinks. Good service. Nice selection of meals. Ok for children as their is a reasonable children's menu.

Approximate cost: $15-$25
