Our darling Jessie the 3 legged Kelpie lived a full life for almost 15 years. Pearly Mates was recommended to us by our beloved vet (Rowville Veterinary Clinic). Her passing was absolutely devastating as it is for all pet owners and those are the ones who go to such great lengths to have their companions by their side for the rest of their own time. Pearly Mates provided a service that, came with empathy, understanding and such care for our little girl. She has been delivered back to us today in the most beautiful sealed blackwood box and will now be home forever. Thanks Jonathan, you were such a pleasure to know during this process and allowed us the time we needed to grieve the loss of our beautiful girl. You really are a treasure of a find Jonathan, and as much as we loved dealing with you and your company, we hope it's a while in between visits, although at this point in the next 10 or so years there will likely be another couple. You are the business we can trust when it comes to this hard time in one's life. Thank you for all you have done to give Jessie such a dignified send off. 5 Stars isn't enough, if we could we'd give you 10 of them!
