I do not recommend this business what so ever. An accident occurred which resulted in my fur baby falling of a bridge to her death all within a 15 minute time frame of dropping her with these trusted people. the owner of this business has been soo rude towards me and has not showed any compassion at all. The owner did not even give me the time of the day to explain to me what actually happened to my baby: I have received threats of DVO’s from the business owner all because I asked for some answers as to what happened to my furbaby. She still has not responded to my calls or texts which have not been threatening at all. I’m grieving my dog I just want answers.

used this company for the first time today and found their service to be outstanding. They did more than what I expected and they treated my dog with the utmost care. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Recently had my dog washed through these guys and they were very professional, clean and effiecient. My dog usually hates getting washed and is terrified of water so it is always such an effort for me to wash her so i was a little reluctant at first to hire a professional dog wash as i didnt think they would be able to wash her, but i was pleasently surprised as they washed her with no effort at all and my dog actually looked like she was enjoying the experience. They were gentle and very good with how they handled my dog at all times. The price was very reasonable and they were very flexible with times and days they could come out. i will be using them again for sure and would highly recommend them.

They are highly efficient, professional and compassionate when dealing with your dog. I found them to have competitive prices and quality wash products.
