I likes the peking duck here! We just order the normal peking duck set, which comes with pancake, Hoisin Sauce, cucumber, fresh shallot as well as the duck soup. The chef will slices the duck in front of you, and they will give you 2 plate generously. The duck skin is very crispy, not too oily as the fats already roasted to translucent color. The duck soup was milky broth cooked with the bones and some meat from the duck, not too salty, just right.
They also offer other dishes, which are big portion and reasonable priced. For 3 people, we only ordered duck set + pork and potato in hot pot and steam/fried bun with sweetened condensed milk. We all felt full and satisfied.

The ONLY Peking Duck cooked in Wood Fire Oven in a traditional way. it stands out from all the Peking Duck that we tried in Sydney. It is also an art when the chef slices the skin off and serve at your table. It is very authentic. They claim that the chef was from the original Quan Ju De Peking Duck Restaurant. There are also other northern Chinese dishes that are really delicious and well priced.

Approximate cost: $60 for whole duck, main dishes from $15 to $25
