Racist and rude

I would like to give my feedbacks to the owner of the restaurant please.

We were so happy when Patrick gave us the balloon to our little boy, we really enjoy the moment however we were really disappointed when Shevin was so upset and pointed his finger to us and said: "you are not allowed to bring foods in

We explained that we have already got PERMISSION from your staff to bring foods in for the BABY, one of the girls standing at the cashier. He still very upset and pointe his finger to us: "but still you are not allowed to do this, i am the manager here, who can give you the permission? "

If he could say it gently, it would be so much better as we took our friends from Sydney to Pelicans Landing to introduce such a wonderful restaurant.

I have been working as an Influencer for years, been around cities and countries but this is the first time I have got into this situation. As a women, I would feel so scared and panic to face to the situation if i were along there!!!

What a professional manager at such a place!

The place is a modern pub that you could watch the pier, listen to the music as well as have something to eat.
My friends were there to eat late lunch as well as watch an AFL match. We …More

Dinner | A$40–60
$700 for a party of 12 and half the dishes were so unpleasant that they could not be eaten. The only plates enjoyed at our table was the steak which despite how busy it was the steaks came as ordered. Shame the rest of the food wasn't as enjoyable.
Pelicans landing has always been a favourite of ours so when we had a family event to celebrate it was an obvious choice.
The marinara and spaghetti puttanesca had that much chilli even the spice lovers on our table couldn't enjoy it. The risotto had no flavour and the meatball dish the staff couldn't decide if it was an entree or a main even though when it was ordered we were asked whether we wanted an entree or main. It came with 3 meatballs and a piece of bread.
The fish (which was grilled) was like rubber and the chips were hard and felt stale and were inedible.
Oh and the calamari entree came out after mains were delivered just to top it off.
If you have enjoyed the food there before, take the safe bet and order the steak, but don't count on the same quality and standard from the past.
I can hands down say that we will never return as its now the second time in a row we have had such an experience with the quality of the food.
I would have rather bought take away. At least you get what you pay for there.

Approximate cost: $50

Very welcoming and friendly service. Seafood paella incredibly delicious with generous portions of seafood. Stunning views across the bay.

Haven't been here bfore so my wife and I gave it a go. Part of the Quest hotels group. The restaurant was great really good food and service even if it is a little over priced. Table out on the balcony warm day but the balcony was hot do not sit near the glass panels on a wamr day look for shade. Good viwes of the harbour. Food was very tasty, oysters, seafood and steak what more do you need.... Yes, did I say a little overpriced take some more cash next time. Old style music excellent and easy to listen too.

Approximate cost: $30/35

When we went here i ordered the lamb cutlets which came with steamed vegetables and beetroot puree also we ordered a bowl of chips on the side. The lamb cutlets sliced very nice and weren't hard and tough nor the vegetables over cooked. They sell many things from fresh fish meals to crab and the average steak. I suggest to book in advance as it gets pact very easy and they seem to have a range of cocktails.

Overpriced food and drink but I guess you are paying for the lovely view of Williamstown harbour over to the city of Melbourne at this restaurant. The meals are small and disappointing, I'd recommend going only for a drink to enjoy the view then eating elsewhere.

I came here in a group for a work function. But I don't think I'd be back as a private diner. The position of this place right on the dock area with views of the boats, city skyline and park is great, but if you're not near the window you can't see that through the crowds anyway.

Part of the time we were upstairs having a presentation - the room was a little stuffy and very bright with huge windows two sides of the room. They have shutter type things on the windows but it was so windy they kept crashing and bashing in an alarming manner.

Downstairs to eat and it was pretty crowded as we weren't the only group there. Asked a staff member a question - didn't get an answer or any service from anyone who could answer it.

Food was okay but servings a little on the small side and we didn't seem to have a lot of choice, although this might have been because of the group thing.

Overall, I think this place has an inflated reputation because of their looks and position. I think it could be really great if they tried a little harder.

the restaurant's location is brilliant by the water.

We went in a group of 4 and our meals were nice and service was good.

it would be a fabulous location for a wedding reception or special function upstairs
