Alan (owner) was able to diagnose the problem with the garage door, recommend two / three options, and install a new motor within 2 days. Whilst we had been hoping for a simple repair, the motor needed replacing and he ended up doing the replacement on a Saturday at short notice. This is the 2nd time we've used this company and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
