I cannot fault the level of service regarding this establishment in anyway whatsoever, from the time of booking till time of departure. Rhiannan from reservations was very friendly and helpful on the phone when making the original booking and then rearranging.
I am self employed and I appreciate it when I see good customer service the entire staff were all friendly
when dinner was served,my wife & I had the privilege in meeting the chef,Scotty who introduced himself to us & personally asked if everything was fine with the food.My wife & I found him to be a very pleasant young man,which takes a lot of pride in what he does .I would have no hesitation in referring anybody to the Peninsula at Nelson bay,well done to you all .
