First time using the service horrible experience! They broke the breast seam on a very expensive dress took the breast pads out without asking or calling then stitched it back on the outside of the dress. I couldn’t believe it when I picked it up. The old grumpy lady then tried to convince me that’s how I bought it in the whole situation was so bad and frustrating. Then she advised that they don’t actually do the dry cleaning in house and that it’s shipped elsewhere to be cleaned my mind was blown. Don’t trust these people with your precious items

A generally satisfying service. All jobs have been completed on time and to the specific deadline - and to a fairly high standard. A good value-for-money service that I would recommend.
