Thank you to all the people at Pepcar Melton for the great job on my Nissan 350Z. It was my first time to you guys after having dealt with some real block-heads in the past. I've had a 'noise issue' in my car for about a year that three different mechanics couldn't locate (but were still happy to charge me for). I went to Pepcar after being recommended by a friend. From the outset they explained to me what they'd do, showed me through their workshop, and even let me watch while they conducted a couple of routine checks. The technology these guys have is unbelievable! You can't imagine how happy I was when they called me to tell me they'd found the problem and it was fixed. To be able to drive my car and not listen to that whining noise all the time is great. I'm enjoying driving my 350Z all over again. You guys are great. Many many thanks and I'll be seeing you for all my servicing in the future (as well as my family and friends)

I took my car there after having a bad experience at my usual mechanic. The service was outstanding. They gave me a lift home, kept me updated through the day on the progress of the service/repairs, and when I picked up the car, it had been washed, vacuumed, smelled great, and they put the shiny stuff on the tyres. The car immediately felt like it was running better and the horrible noise from the front was gone. The following morning, I received a courtesy call from a very friendly lady to make sure that my expectations were met and that I was completely satisfied with the service - which I am.

My car broke down on my way to uni and my Dad told me to call Pepcar in Melton where he has his car serviced.They sent a towtruck with a courtesy car on it for me so I wouldn't be late and took my car back to their workshop. They called me later that day with a quote and my car was fixed that same night with a new fuel pump. I took it back there on my day off two weeks later for a service and they gave it a full detail.The staff were very friendly and I felt like I could trust them. They showed me photos of the car with the fuel tank removed and the new fuel pump going in. I was very impressed.I can see why they are recommended by the RACV.

Friendly and fantastic customer service. Helped me identify a loose nut in the engine without charging me for inspection or an arm and a leg to fix a minor problem. Even washed the engine for free. Honest and decent service, which is a nice change!
