Perfect Short Breaks is a really good Company to deal with. I had lost my vouchers that I purchased in August 2017. I rang Paula back and she replaced them immediately for me and also extended them as well. I was very appreciative. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for interesting properties and great locations, especially the excellent customer service.

Great properties and locations for a relaxing break for families, couples and friends. Defiantly lives up to the name of PERFECT SHORT BREAKS ! recommend jumping on their website to check it out.

Great friendly customer service. I had misplaced my vouchers i purchased back in march and called up to see if there was anything i could do to get these sent to me again, the receptionist was very helpful and understanding she was able to resend my vouchers out by email while i was on the phone with her. they were kind enough to extend the validity date on my voucher to make sure i hadn't lost any time on it from when i was unable to find it.

Amazing friendly and helpful staff ! great new properties on offer can't wait to take up our next package. Great affordability especially for what you're getting ! recently stayed at the Boathouse luxury apartments with my family of 5, we most definitely stayed in comfort and luxury as its right across the road of the Myall river, needless to say stunning view to wake up to while enjoying breakfast on our private balcony ! apartments have been refurbished, immaculately clean and apartments cater to everyone's needs ! Christina the reservations lady was most helpful with working out dates and room types to best fit our family. massive thank you to Perfect Short Breaks we could not be happier !

We have been purchasing these vouchers for a few years and we do have our favourite places that we stay but late last year spoke to Rebecca at perfect short breaks contacted us and talked us into two Luxury Resort vouchers at a Resort that we weren't sure that we wanted to stay at. We have used one of the vouchers and stayed in the only room that was available to us (Luxury in was not) and we were very unimpressed with this resort. We have still have one voucher left and have tried to phone Rebecca on the number that she gave us if we were unhappy with this resort and my messages that go straight to a mail box with no return call to us to discuss this unsuitable resort.

We stayed here when we came to sydney for a holiday and it was wonderful! Lovely stay and wonderful experience!

as you can see the vast majority of reviews are from a long time ago,however now its different,we used lots
of the vouchers at our favourite resort in past few years, last year we could not get a booking all year,our voucher expired.I was then convinced by the telemarketing girl things were different now due to less vouchers being sold,purchasing another voucher just three weeks ago,however trying to make a booking I was told no weekends till MAY2016,it's mid september,2015,totally unacceptable practise,very disappointed,lost my business and all the people that I recommended to your companies business,I guess the old saying you get what you paid for rings true,enjoy the last of my money you will ever see!!!!!!

If not for this company I would not have been able to afford the family holiday on the Gold Coast. Great service from start to finish and very adaptable. Thank you

excellent value way to go if your looking for a holiday, the vouchers are exceptional value love new resorts like diamond beach resort & spa our family favourite is oaks pacific blue port stephens i would use them again thankyou

Great Service, always friendly and helpful, I have used them for some time to book holidays and the value is good and the accomadation especially at the Oak Resort at Port stephens with the big pool is exceptional, would recommend to anyone.

If your looking for great accommodation deals for a really great price then this is it. We used one of thier packages to stay at the Oaks Pacific Blue in Salamander Bay and it was fantastic. Jarrod is my guy there, If you call and ask for Jarrod he'll tell you all thier deals.
