I was impressed by the reponse from my phone inquiry. Lisa was extremely helpful, even explaining where to park etc. Once there both Lisa and the staff were friendly, explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was happy with what was going to happen. They had to fix up a previous tattoo to my eyebrows, done by another business and I am extremely happy with the results. I wished I had gone to them in the first place.

I had permanent eyebrows tattooed. Lisa explained everything very clearly and answered my queries honestly. Her room was spotlessly clean with new utensils used each time and used utensils disposed of promptly (very important to me). I would highly recommend this business.

I couldn't be happier with the work Lisa has done on my face.
I only wish I meet her years ago! I had patchy, uneven eyebrows for as long as I can remember and by chance I meet one of Lisa's clients and commented on her perfect eyebrows, and to my amazement she told me they were tattooed!! I couldn't believe how real the looked….. and that was it I called Lisa that next and arranged an appointment. Honestly I think it's the best thing ever, I was so happy with her work I just got my eyeliner done too and love it!!!

I had it done previously & it killed but Lisa uses very good anaesthetic creme & it wasn't painful. A bit uncomfortable but it doesn't hurt. She is also one of the leaders in her field of make up tattoo. She's very talented & does a fantastic job. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Very happy with the results! Best thing I did. I am a fuss pot too so she really does a great job.

I may not be a qualified beautician or cosmetic tattooist but I feel in a good position to judge who is good or not as I have been having semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo eyeliner done now for 25 years since the days it was done with a bamboo stick! I have had good experiences and bad experiences. Unfortunately the bad experiences not only left me with quite permanent "disfigured" crooked lines and "blobs" around the eye area but they also made me understandably a nervous patient. I did alot of homework and shopping around as it was time for a freshen up of my top and bottom eyeliner. I had to exercise extra diligence due to past bad experiences. I came across Lisa Millington at Permanently Yours. I booked an appointment with her and after chatting with her , seeing her wall full of diplomas and achievement certificates and the fact that she is also a teacher/trainer in cosmetic tattoo I felt confident to give her a try. Lisa not only had a nervous patient to start with but she had an existing bad eyeliner job from previous cosmetic tattoists that she had to work with and try to do the best she can. I must say beyond a shadow of a doubt I am ABSOLUTELY delighted with her work. She knows what she is doing, she uses the best highest quality digital equipment and the best quality colour from the USA. She exercises hygiene, she listens to what the client wants and I have to say that given the circumstances she has done an excellent job. I will not hesitate to go back to her in the future for fresh ups on my eyeliner and I will be going to her when I am ready to have my eyebrows done. I have NO hesitation in recommending Lisa whatsoever. I strongly recommend using someone experienced like Lisa as cosmetic tattoo can be quite permanent especially dark colours and trying to save a few dollars by going to someone cheap and inexperienced will only result in more cost for rectification not to mention the emotional cost of having poor work done. Lisa also has a lovely warm and welcoming assistant that works with her. Lisa is a dedicated professional who is constantly bettering her skills in this "art" and I am so grateful for coming across her.
