Incredibly disappointing experience. The Conveyancer was rude, abrupt and had me running around correcting her errors. We were then over-billed, which resulted in three separate credits, but only after multiple phone calls and asking the LSBC to intervene. Michael Weston initially conceded faults were made but then became defensive when challenged on the quote. Beware of additional unsubstantiated disbursement costs that sneak into the final bill. This was a very basic Contract of Sale that left a nasty taste.

John Perry does not have the ability to communicate. He had no respect for the client’s needs and does not take any notice of their needs.
