Talk about super fast and efficient service - this business was able to provide a one day turn around for a special medal with engraving. Their communication was excellent - they had emailed to answer my query within half a day, and we had arranged that I could visit late to choose from their stocks, or they could order in for me.

Gayle was super friendly and helpful, understood exactly what I wanted. The price was fantastic, much less than what I had expected after looking at some other websites, and that also included engraving the child's name and details.

They are situated in a new business park complex of units which runs between Duke and Burke Streets in Braybrook. Two cute little doggies greet you at the door.
