Had been part of Picnic grp for which transportation was arranged by this Perth Maxi Charters. Very nice and friendly experience, buses were quite nice and confortable.Mr Firoz and Mahrukh, probably the owners of this tours are amazing ppl to engange with. Highly recommendable

We used Perth Maxi Charters for our cmmunity picnic in York and we were all very pleased with their very prompt and friendly service. They picked up 55 peoples in 3 buses from Crown hotels in a 3 x 19 seater van along an enclosed trailer for our luggage. We all had a comfortable ride to York and they also gave us a town trip as well. I would recommend anyone to please use Perth Maxi Charters.

They completely stuffed up our wedding guests transfers and when we rang to complain the next day the management couldn't care less, we put our complaint in writing and we still didn't get a response. The staff was so rude, a wedding guest had to get out of the bus to direct them when they were making a turn. From our whole wedding this was the worst company and the only major stuff up we had. REALLY DISAPPOINTING....

They completely stuffed up our wedding guests transfers and when we rang to complain the next day the management couldn't care less, we put our complaint in writing and we still didn't get a response. The staff was so rude, a wedding guest had to get out of the bus to direct them when they were making a turn. From our whole wedding this was the worst company and the only major stuff up we had. DISGUSTING SERVICE........... I emailed asking if they had any busses available for the 1st November on Monday, was emailed back stating that they had a bus available for the day (the quote was to last for 7 days). I sent back saying was this the correct price for the pick up and drop off location and an email was sent back stating that it was the correct price for the quote. On friday Perth Maxi Charters called me and asked was i still making the booking i confirmed and paid straight away and sent through the remittance. I was then called around 5:30pm and advised that the pick up address was not what i had origanlly sent them, i advsied that i sent an email confimring the address and one was sent back with confirmation, i told the admin staff to have a look through their emails they did and phoned back to say that it was correct but now they do not have any busses available. I was outraged that they were now saying they were full just becuase of there stuff up as they had undercharged us. my partner then got on the phone as i was outraged by the staff who was VERY RUDE on the phone, and said that they needed to honour our booking. the staff said they had a 24 seater that they could put us on but it would now cost $75 more than origanal quoe the staff stating that they were not making a profit of us. my partner was told they would hold the bus till Monday so we can make our decision. I was called at 7:30am on Monday morning whilst i was at home from the company i ignored it and emailed once i was at work how disgusted i was at them not honouring our booking as the where the ones that made the mistake. the admin staff then phone and said we could have the 24 seater for $125 buck more than the orignal price. at this stage i told them to shove it and put my money back into my account. They were very rude on the phone....... Will never go with this company and as i am the socail club president for my work I will never use them for anything EVER......

WATTA RELEIF.... Last month had made my booking with these guys and then read this comment below.. God this comment below scared me as I had booked my charter with this company for my boss and cant really have any problems coz might loose my job as it was my company's directors. Anyways the vehicles arrived on time at each pickup and the driver was very friendly and professional. My company directors are from Eastern states and were quiet pleased with the service.. so will say these guys surely saved my bums.. Using them EVERYTIME now.. and never disappointed anytime....

TERRIBLE SERVICE :( They turned up half an hour late for a midnight pickup to take people to the city after a staff function. Needless to say people got tired of waiting in the cold and ended up taking taxis. When we rang to complain staff were extremely rude and blamed us for not calling to say the bus was late and offered absolutely no apologies. Would NEVER use them again!
