Before the agreed time of visit, I discovered I also had a mouse problem and alerted Dennis to this as well. Dennis is informative, punctual, and friendly.

Dennis from Pesterminate was fantastic. After reading other WOMO reviews of his business, I rang with a rather urgent wasp problem. Although, not usually his area, Dennis was kind enough to come out within 48 hours to inspect the problem. He dealt with it there and then on the spot with extreme efficiency and professionalism, and at a very reasonable price. On top of that, he also gave me a full twelve months guarantee for his work. I don't think I could have found a better pest control expert and I couldn't be happier.

I saw a review on WOMOW under his old business name and he came highly recommended.
He is one of the few honest businesses I have come across. He thoroughly inspected every inch of my property including under the house which is extremely low. I know he got to every spot as I could hear him tapping under the floor in spots others have told me were inaccessible. He took the tme to explain what to look for and showed me why I had wood rot and why it wasn't termites. He also advised on possible ways of combating the dampness under my house.
He advised me not to waste thousands of dollars spraying but to get a check up in 12 mths as this suited my circumstances. I can't say enough about this man. I will tell everyone I know and only ever use him in the future... A big thank you Denis you have restored my faith.
