The staff are usually busy and the shop is a bit crowded but it i worth the wait as the staff are very helpful and the prices are great.

Lots of things in the one place - some items overpriced and store is very crowded. staff are friendly and happy rto help. I find it pays to check prices. Loyalty program is not free like some other pet stores.

I went into Pet City to get a pet Rat. I have never owned rats before and didn't know much about them. After a friendly staff member spent over 30min with me, I felt I knew enough about them to purchase 2 rats and felt very very happy with my purchase.

They have staff who know what they are talking about and are always willing to help out. They have a huge range of products and you really could be in their browsing for hours!!!!

This shop never fails. we have a dog and are breading fish, we get all our supplies from here due to the great prices and staff's level of knowledge. the staff are always happy to help, even when they are busy. they have great sales also.

I like the option of being able to hydrobath your dog yourself, Great service. Parking can be tricky. The shop is clean and tidy, and has almost everything you might like for any pet.
