We bought a beautiful little puppy from this store and within days he was at the vets sick. The store quickly wiped their hands clean of any responsibility and at just 5 months of age our baby died of liver failure. The health guarantee they give isn't worth the paper it's written on and they didn't even bother to respond when they were advised our puppy had died. Beware !!!

This is a great pet store with friendly staff and great advice. You can take you furry friend with you inside the store to try on products for size etc or to ask general advice about a certain product.

The staff were very helpful in identifying the specific treatment products that I needed for my cat and dogs and the pricing was half that of buying through a vet.

Pet Crazy in Robina is a huge warehouse packed with so many different pets and pet products it's easy to get lost in this loud and wild environment. It's also easy to spend hours browsing the isles and choosing the perfect product or pet.
