Cathy from Pet Express is the best professional I have had the pleasure to work with especially during this covid pandemic. Out of no less than 10 companies she was able to deliver my pooch and all very reasonably priced also.

Don't bother looking at any other company I highly recommend.

Moving from Sydney to Melbourne, we had to come up with a way to transport 3 cats without taking them in the car.
We got a quote from Pet Express and it was a really reasonable one. Haider and I were in touch either thru email or phone contact throughout the process so every thing was arranged for the big day.
Pet Express go the extra mile for customer service. I ended up in hospital the day the cats were to leave and Haider came up with great solutions for both collecting the cats in Sydney and delivering to the new house in Melbourne.
I have since had friends and family ask who transported our cats as they have had heard me rave about them. They really deserve good word of mouth.
