Went and bought a dog kennel.....chose the kennel and paid for same nearly two hundred dollars only to see it in another pet shop nearby same kennel $70 cheaper. So I stopped and made some enquiries, found that same kennel came with certain goods/items that were not on the kennel we had. Went back and pointed situation to staff who had very little command of english. Eventually got through to them that I wanted the parts that were not supplied. They said that they would ring manufacturer and call me when parts came in. Waited for five weeks and no phone call after leaving business cards and relevant phone numbers of contact, went back recently and was given the missing goods only to find that the parts that are supposed to be supplied with kennel have been marked for individual sale. They subsequently gave me the goods. Whilst I was in the shop I perused goods for sale and they appeared to be excessivley over priced. Definately would NOT recomend this pet shop.
