They sell pets their like fish and kittens, as well as a fairly large range of pet accessories and needs at a decent cost. The staff members are polite and efficient, also are happy to help you if you require it. A great little pet store for your pet needs and a great line up of cat accessories as well.

I haven't shopped at pet magic in the past as I prefer pet stores that don't sell cats/dogs etc (ie better pets & gardens, city farmers etc) however I went in to this store as it's close to me and was really impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the huge range they have. They don't stock the food my dog eats but straight away offered to order it in for me even saying that if I want to buy regularly they can order extra so that next time they will have one out the back for me, I thought that was great service. I also signed up to be a member which means I get a 10% discount and when the food is over $125 this saving adds up every time. I was also given free samples of food to try for my dog and recommended certain mind stimulating toys etc. I will shop here again based on the great service.

I went to buy a dog and it was a great small business that had great service and awesome people. Way to go Pet Magic you are the best pet shop ever. I would go back there any day

very expensive even for the smallest items. for a better pet shop go just over the freeway and turn left at the traffic lights to go to Better pets and gardens. they have more range and are cheaper.

I wouldn't even buy a pet mouse or goldfish from this store let alone a puppy or kitten! The staff treat you like dirt and don't seem to care about the animals they sell. There are only a few older staff members the majority being very young school kids. You get the impression the owner has done this to save money. The animal cages always look shocking at any time of the day you go in there. I've seen behind the animal cages where the puppies are just after all cages had been cleaned. The floor had been mopped but all you could see was dirt smudged on the floor. I also know from another source that alot of there puppies come from a lady who buys them from puppy farms and that along with the terrible state of the shop is the reason for all the cases of parvo virus in their puppies!!!

I always get served straight away, and as it was the same person who served me originally, when she found out my fish had died and i was replacing them she gave me a discount on the cost

This shop is convinient and has a large range of pet supplies and food but the people working there dont seem to know much at all about animals and responsible pet ownership. If they spent some time on education and training they would probably see sales go up as they could recomend things better. It isnt a very welcoming store either. I sometimes feel in the way even if I am spending hundreds of dollars on food for my animals. It has a lot of potential as a great pet shop like the other Pet Magic in Cannington. I hope it gets there!!
