An absolute train wreck from start to finish! They "happily accept your order AND PAYMENT" then ignore you! I had to ring them FOUR TIMES, chasing my order to finally be told 3 WEEKS AFTER PAYMENT, that they would have my items "soon" they had to pay an old bill from the distributor before they could order my items - the items I had paid for THREE WEEKS AGO!!! Am now fighting to get a refund - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON LINE from these people, they do NOT HAVE STOCK, they dont tell you this until you start chasing them, but they WILL take your payment & use it elsewhere! An absolute disgrace and being in the pet industry myself, a very silly way to treat a customer. I will tell ALL of my clients NEVER to buy from them
