Great staff who are willing to help and not just ignore you. A warm welcome when you enter the store. Nice and roomy and easy to find what you want, there is something for every pet. We love going in and browsing to plan our next lot of purchases.

This store is great for our needs. Having tropical fish it is hard to get the supplies we need. They always have the salt and other products we need in stock or if they don't happen to the staff are more than friendly to order the product in for us and ring us when it is available. Great to deal with and we keep going back for the good service we receive.
