This is my first stop for items for my dog. The range of products in this shop is excellent and of top quality and there are always new items to check out. The best thing is that they don't actually sell pets (other than fish) so you know you aren't supporting any puppy farms or backyard breeders.

I buy my dog food here all the time and when i bought my 10th bag (worth $43 ea) I got it free because I joined their member club. They are always willing to tell you about any specials or bonuses that you can get with your purchases and if you order an item in they give you a call when it arrives.

The staff are great! They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing seems too much for them. They are happy to check 'out the back' if what you want isn't on the shelf, help you out over the phone or carry your goods to the car when your hands are full.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and willing to help out. Groomer stopped what she was doing to help out with my enquiry. Store is large and very well stocked.staff are willing to help with any dog issues and also offer a reward club that is very beneficial.
