I have 2 dogs 2 cats and fish I spend a lot on pet supplies I went for my monthly trip today found out ihad a voucher with the rewards program this was fantastic savings ++ I needed help to locate a product today the staff went out the back and got the products from the just delivered truck I love the service at petbarn morayfield

I found that PetBarn is not the cheapest pet shop, but if you are looking for anything to do with your pets they will have it and you can expect the quality will be great.

We usually find that Petbarn at Morayfield have what we are looking for. They mightn't be the cheapest but they make up for it with their service and the fact we can get what we want straight away and not have to run around town looking for it.

I too went in there and got great help, even though it was almost closing time they were extremely helpful. I also had to exchange an item because it didn't fit and they were more than accommodating. Lovely efficient service!

You couldn't ask for more helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. You may take your dog shopping with you, which I think is such a great idea, you are greeted by the best salesperson they have, a black labrador, who is more than happy to demonstrate the products. This is always such a great shopping experience. Well done guys.

happy with this place, always has the food my at & dog needs in stock whereas some others are often out of stock. They have a great loyalty program where you get free bags of food after 10 purchases

was great help when i was setting my kids fish tank up, THE ADVICE WAS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND NOW WE HAVE A GREAT FISH TANK UP AND RUNNING

The stock range was large and the displays were clean and tidy. I found that not all stock had prices so it was a little hard to determine what cost what. The staff stayed behind the counter eating their lunch so I was not approached to be offered assistance. When I did make a purchase (not my original reason for entering the store) they were friendly and helpful.

the staff at this pet barn are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help as much as they can or even get someone else that works there that knows more about curtain items. we have bought from them many times and will continue to do so.
