Always feel very welcome at this store! The always have a great range of products for every animal and are always very happy to help! It is great that your pets are welcomed into their shop and are spoiled rotten when they visit showered with treats and lots of cuddles :)

This has one of the biggest ranges of pet supplies & pet products around.They are very reasonably priced & you can also buy in bulk,which helps you save more.They also offer pet grooming & have a DIY dog wash.They also offer a loyalty program.You can find everything you need for your pet in the place.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Were quite happy to chase around that one elusive fish that we had to have and didn't complain while we struggled to demonstrate which one we wanted.

Staff were happy to answer our questions and make recommendations. Fish are reasonably priced and you can pick up so great bargains if you look around, we got 10kg of fish tank gravel for $17 as it was being discounted heavily and there was nothing wrong with it

I shop here for majority of my pets needs. They have all the products you would normally buy from a vets however at a cheaper price. I love their friends for life club which gives you a free bags of biscuits when you buy 10 and $10 vouchers.

They have a great range and good specials. They are okay for basic advice, but if you really want good customer service from staff who are well informed and proactive in updating and maintaining their product knowledge, go over the road to petstock. Don't get me wrong, the staff are really nice and great people, but they would need a better staff training program to match Petstock when it comes to information. They also have a good rewards program too.

This store has everything you need for your pets. It has chicken food too that no other pet store has in the area. I am very happy with the service I get from the boys up the back at the bulk end.
