Petcetra Aquarium & Pet Shop

I decided to rescue two abandoned kittens that an organisation had on display in this petshop.

They girl who did the sale was so helpful, and did everything she could do to make sure everything was ok. She even had to mum come and pick me up and drive me home with the kittens and the massive kitten pack i bought.

The other staff were really friendly, and for the hour or so i spent in the shop i have never laughed so much.

The girls know there stuff! And are not afraid to joke aswell.

They ended up charging me $150 to much and once leaving the store i have a call asking me to come back or they would refund it via the phone.

That is service!!!!

These guys have amazing service. Their prices are competitive and they really seem to care about your pets. In addition, these guys are the only people that would help me when I found an injured blue tongue lizard in my yard and had no transport. One of the guys came out, coaxed it out of a drainpipe, caught it and took it to the vet. Absolute champions!

I was having a problem with my fish filter. The friendly staff diagnosed the problem but unfortunately the part I needed was no longer available. I was resigned to having to purchase a new one when I was told that it would be possible to make an impella from other materials. The advice was good and my old filter is still working.
