Incredibly experienced and competent mechanics as well as very fair price.
I get the impression that, having been in business for many decades, they could solve most automotive problems.
As far as a regular service, they don't cut corners and I am always confident that my vehicles won't let me down once they have been given the all clear at Peter and Ricks.
Rick goes the extra mile and provides service which is very rare these days.
Honesty and Integrity are two words that come to mind.

Stumbled onto these guys last year when I was looking for a battery (they were the cheapest I could find both online, ebay, etc. and in store) and when I went to pick up asked them about a noise from one of the pulleys. Rick had a look, identified the problem and then spent 30 mins modifying some washers to keep the car going (and got rid of the noise) until I could come in the week to get repair done. I haven't gone anywhere else ever since.
Genuine, honest & knowledgeable team who go out of their way to help at the fairest rates Ive seen in a long time.
They don't make 'em like this anymore, 5 star.

My family and I have been going to Peter and Rick's since I was about 12yrs old or so (I'm now 44yrs!!). We went to them when they were at another location and then when they started at Glynde. They have always been so lovely and honest and gone out of their way to help us and advise us. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them! It's so good to see a company do well due to great service and honesty--so well deserved!

I went there and made a quote with one staff after I saw this place on womo. The gentleman was very approachable. The price is good and I will tell me friends.

If you need your car fixed or serviced this is the place to go, a real gem, they provide a real family type service where there are no rip offs or over pricing. they give you great advice and their prices are well below what other places charge. if they can get something for you second hand or have a cheaper option they will arrange that. there is no fuss and the extra things they do for you will surpise most customers.

Couldn't be happier. Have been here numerous occasions to get jobs done on my car, and have always left with a smile. Prices are very good, and service is respectable.
