Plain and outright RUDE, funnily enough there are many reviews with the same things mentioned.
Think twice before you list a property, agent is outright rude - burning potential buyers!!
Adding onto the above, we did some independent research and have also found that we were lied to about the property. Not only did the seller do nothing to convince us about the positives of the property we were lied to about a few important details.
Not to mention this property has been on the market a lot longer than suggested, most questions that we asked we did not get answers or he was not sure. I would love to pass a message onto the seller myself, I would bet with the right agent this property would have already sold! Anybody aware if it is legal to contact the sellers directly? Details are on the vendor statement
I would NEVER buy a house or land listed by this company, even if it was perfect and ridiculously cheap!
A bad agent will get poor results! Perhaps another estate agent who forgets he is in the RETAIL game and needs to focus on customer service!!!
I'm very disappointed that this website doesn't allow a no star rating for quality, value and service because they didn't have any.
I do not recommend these agents.
We were warned by people of their lack of Profesionalism and for their offensive behavior but, still decided to go with them. I wish we had of only listened, as we too experienced the same poor quality of service & bullying behavior as they had.
Trust me, & learn from not only my mistakes and advise to you, but that of others, do not use these agents.
If you wish to be left questioning, be slandered against and treated poorly & rudely then this is the agent for you.
When buying a home should be a very joyful exciting experience, they soon turn it to one of stress, hell and nastiness! Very disappointing experience.

I travelled a large distance to see a property and they refused to send the offer at the asking price but 90 days this is against the law,i then proceeded to contract then they wanted full deposit on a finace clause,some company policy so i declined as this is just to make them money no matter waht happens no thanks

I asked them to not charge a full deposit this was refused so i "walked"owner lost the sale ,i in fact later found a property and an agent that would be helpfull and got 120 days plus to settle.
While we are genuinely pleased to hear that things worked out to your advantage, we are left wondering what the seller would have thought about the goings-on with the afore-mentioned establishment, had they been made aware. Missing out on a sale might have been devastating for the owner of said property and if it had of been us; we would not have been amused by such behaviour. the seller does not know of some of the policys of the agents or the many things done to advance the agents bottom line,most agents are now charging $500 or even more just to list on the net which is a disgrace another wanted $2500 to include some newspaper ads what a scam!!
