Hi. Negative user reviews for this business mysteriously disappear when made on Google, meaning it always retains a 5 star rating. Please keep that in mind when looking to use this business. Do not recommend.

I have now been training with Peter for over 5yrs. I initially went to him for the sole purpose of being given some direction with using the weights and machines at my local gym. Peter was able to tailor a complete fitness and diet program based around my goals, my fitness likes and dislikes. Over the past 5yrs we have done several personal challenges which I have found to be highly motivating and with Peters help I have achieved all my targets. I certainly wouldn't be enjoying my fitness program, like I do, without the support and motivation that Peter provides.

In the short time I've been training with Peter, I've noticed considerable changes to my body. Not only was Peter helpful in correcting me on proper techniques during my training, he was also very knowledgeable in educating me on the types of food to eat and how the body works. The best thing about his training program and his advice is that you can eat WHATEVER you like, WHENEVER you like. His training sessions consists a mixture of both physical and mental coaching, which is customized specifically around your goals (whether it be weight loss, preparing for a competition or simply getting fit). Together, Peter's knowledge and advice on food has allowed me to construct my very own food plan with the addition of his easy to follow 'Training Program' has allowed me to have a more active and healthier lifestyle which is incorporated into my everyday schedule. Overall, if you are looking for a Personal Trainer that will ... work with you every step of the way, teach you how to assemble your own eating plan, keep you motivated, push you to your limits, get you RESULTS,.... then Peter is the only trainer you should see !!

As a student, balancing fitness goals is quite hard. Pete, As a trainer, is very good at interpreting the world of fitness to a layman person like myself. Pete is coaching me through his online program; For nutrition, Pete is showing me how to manage foods to work well with my daily schedule. I am able to choose the food that I like to eat with fair compromises In which I look forward to eating everyday. The training program is quite flexible, we have established an achievable schedule. Pete provides me with the confidence to to hit my goals, I highly rate Pete and his experience, whether it is nutrition or training. From strength to rehab or conditioning.

My name is Jake. Pete's been my trainer since Sept 2013. - Pete asked to add a review - but I wrote this myself. You can also have a look at the video review he recorded for his website. - Having a PT is a big investment. You need to be willing to eat properly and work hard. But if you do - Pete will supercharge your results. --- Pete's been my trainer since around September 2013. He has a simple but effective training philosophy: that exercise should be functional and that it should get results. While I can't remember specific figures - I can say that I can bench, squat and deadlift more than I ever would have expected - and that when I walk into the gym next week Pete is going to put a little more on the bar to push me. Pete is always punctual, generous with his time and is always paying attention. He ensures my technique is safe and correct. I always feel like i'm getting value for money. I would absolutely recommend Pete to my friends. Whether he's your first trainer - or you're looking to upgrade to someone with high end skills for better results. As I said at the top - you need to put in the work - but if you want to be like Pete and have a ridiculous 6 pack to flash around, you want to be stronger, lose weight or just do something for yourself - give him a go. Also, if you do join up with Pete, you're going to be sore. Very sore :) Good luck! ;) Jake.

After working in the mines for 3/4 years I had put on a few extra Kilos and was going down the right track to becoming an overweight typical Tradie! I came back to Brisbane and found Peter a few months ago and he turned my fitness and nutrient round right from the get go! I have had a lot of experiences with elite coach's through my sporting achievements and Peter has to be one of the best! He not only trains you hard when he is with you but he is constantly encouraging and motivating you along the way. Peter is the first Personal Trainer I have ever gone to see about getting serious about my fitness and Health and he will now be the only one I see. Peter will show you the way without crazy diets. I still enjoyed a drink, and a few treats throughout my transformation. He makes it fit into your Lifestyle. The results speak for themselves. I could not speak more highly about Peter I believe if you want to get results see Peter, Peter will show you the way!

I started with Peter over a month ago after researching body transformations, and it has been a fantastic experience to be trained by Peter. He is a great coach who motivates his clients to achieve; great results, a realistic attitude towards fitness and personal goal setting. I have previously had multiple health and conditioning coaches however, Peter's professionalism and never give up attitude are second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have known Peter for over 3 years. He is not only my personal trainer but has become a good friend and mental coach. Before starting with Peter I had been to many doctors regarding the pain in my knees and constant swelling only to be told I needed to live with it there was nothing they could do. Peter has always been encouraging not only with the training but helping with different foods to see what would help lose weight. I managed to lose 10 kgs. Last year we had a few personal issues happen in our lives which threw us of course and gradually put the weight back on. I have been back with Peter now about 5 months what a difference my life is. I have gained a different attitude and the pain is slowly disappearing again. It is a slow road but with Peter's help both physical and mental I am getting there. My stress levels are a lot lower through my regular discussions with Peter during my workout If I could recommend anyone to help with more than just exercise it would be Peter. He takes a very keen interest in your life not only while you are at the gym but sending the occasional text message just to see how you are going. He is more than just your average PT. Thanks Peter
