Fair and honest mechanics, reasonable rates, and if they don't fix your problem straight up they don't charge until it's resolved , before covid they would drive you home and pick you up or have a loan car.
They are always very busy which I think is a good sign. I'm a bit scared of mechanics ripping me off but so far I don't think they have. Seem to know what they are doing. No complaints.
