Took my trusty scooter for my 18500km service. This is a major service which is quite pricey {$580) but nevertheless you got to do it. Hate breakdowns! Ben was courteous and a great communicator. Ordered the required parts which took a couple of weeks (faster than I thought it would be infact) .

The guys did a great job. All done in a day and the Yamaha Scooter runs perfectly now

Have purchased three new bikes from them over the last eleven years. Pricing isn't too bad but bloody hell, they make up for it in the service dept. $510 for a 12,000km service on a Suzuki GSX 1250 FA - all the book says is replace the plugs & oil & inspect. They want three hours to do it!!! The service cost on my Audi TT is $250 per year. Go figure - or just go somewhere else.

Sales - really good help. Servicing was not so hot at times. Long waits to get in & sometimes work not done / forgotten. Pricing was alright though. Parts & Accessories really good and helpful.

The assistants were quite helpful in advising the correct size and shape I needed for a jacket and helmet. They have a reasonable range of ladies jackets which can be difficult to find.
