Absolutely love the team at Peticulous . Having always owned bigger dogs (Golden Retriever), we now now have acquired a Malt/Shitz , SCRUFFY he is delightful. I have used three other groomers only because I was unable to get into Peticulous as they are so busy. I was not happy with the grooming of the other places, who basically shaved him. Peticulous is by far the best i have come across. Each visit (which I now book in advance) . My dog is immaculate when he comes out and smells delightful. The staff are fabulous, my only complaint is I wish they were closer to my home in Algester. If my golden retriever RUBY was not so scared of bath time she too would visit the team here. Affordable pricing as well :)

We have used Peticulous twice over the last year. Happy both times. Have a Border Collie. Nothing fancy but job done as requested. Will use Peticulous again.

Super happy with my puppys groom. The ladies were kind and seemed to really take care of Cinnamon. Sent us home with some lovely doggie treats. Would return.

Peticulous is excellent. I've used other groomers, they've been ok, BUT this was the 1st where I felt really happy with everything. I've used them twice - 1st time, a great cut, the lady was lovely & obviously a genuine dog lover & it didn't feel like a production line - $$ v reasonable. 2nd time, I'd neglected my dog's coat as we'd had a lot of family illness so I felt guilty. Getting his coat under control was my concern and she was wonderful, fitting us in at short notice when I told her how things had been. She was completely non-judgemental (another groomer I had made me feel terrible that our shaggy dog had got knots in his coat etc) but Peticulous was a very humane and lovely place to take our dog - a more pleasant environment than the 2 other groomers I've been to and a really positive vibe. I also bought a coat for him which was not overpriced so he could have a shorter coat in winter. Finally, the dog didn't need to be left all day as has been the case at others.

Fantastic new pet grooming service. Lovely operator who knows how to handle the animals as well as doing a great job in bathing and grooming. Great array of other products in store as well.
