I'm a regular at this bakery- their fresh cheese & ham (not bacon! ) rolls are yummy and they are always hot as it is stored in their little oven .
So many cakes to choose from and they make all their cakes , bread and pies.

The bread is always fresh, and I especially love the chicken/pork rolls, with tons of salad and as much coriander as I ask for (which is lots). The staff are always welcoming, greeting us by name, anticipating our needs, and take the time to take an interest in how our lives are going. Nora in particular is lovely.

I've also noticed they have a few trophies in their store for their breadrolls and sliced bread . Something about Castle Hill Bread Shows.
