Friendly, efficient staff that take the time to listen and help.
Every time l go to the Glendale store l get a warm greating and professional service.
I highly recommend going to see them for all your pet related purchases and advice.
In paticular l would like to mention two staff that l tend to see most of the time Stuart and Chelsey are wonderful as are the rest of the staff but as l said l tend to deal mainly with those two!

Always feel very welcome at this store! The always have a great range of products for every animal and are always very happy to help! It is great that your pets are welcomed into their shop and are spoiled rotten when they visit showered with treats and lots of cuddles :)

Excellent service, have always found great information, and brilliant products. Dog washing facilities for great price. Staff even carry dog to food to car if needed, which helps if your like me and he have little kids.
