first time visiting this place and bought some pet food treats. they charge literally double the price i usually pay for it! i was shocked. i asked the lady at the counter for an explanation. she just shrugged her shoulders. can't really comment on anything else about the store. just found their products expensive compared to other pet stores selling the exact same treats.

Always a very clean store with well presented enclosures with organised shelves - no clutter, easy to find what you are after. Animals are average condition, sometimes certain ones look a bit under cared for.

These shop always attract the kids with the whining, woofing and meowing of the animals on display which are extremely adorable. There are supplied of pet food and accessories on sale.

These guys also have a loyalty card that means if you buy your pet food there regularly, as we do, every (?6th) purchase is free. The kids love visiting here when we get the food because the pets are healthy, happy, active.

Good choice of products, friendly staff, some cheap items (plus some really expensive ones like the dogs/cats on display!), a nice place to stop and look at cute stuff without pressure to buy. Helpful.
