The staff here are always happy and willing to answer questions. Some of the items are over priced.
The people there are extremely nice, but the quality of there products is excellent. My dogs leash which i bought with my sister about a year ago still looks new!

The customer service is exceptional in this store, they are always nice to the kids, even bringing out the puppies so the kids can pat them. The kids love it and it allows the parents to shop for their pet needs with peace of mind.
