I was sold wrong items today! False advertising, and a VERY rude manager!
She yelled at me for complaining about being sold the wrong filter and fish for my tank, she sold me 2 fish that will fight each other and out grow my tank, she told me no food was necessary for my fish’s. when I explained to her this is wrong once I took myself to an aquarium shop to make sure what I was told was correct as it didn’t sound right, and was refused help yelled at and they hung the phone up on me and refused to help. I have never been spoken to like this by a worker! This is not acceptable and they need more knowledge on what they’re selling before selling! I’m so very angry as I’ve spent over $120 and everything was wrong!!!

I have used PETstock on a few occasions, mainly for horse feed. They have easy parking, good range of products at very competative price, staff are always very helpful. If they havn't had what I wanted they are happy to order in. Have been very happy with PETstock and will continue to shop there.
