I have found the staff here to be very friendly and helpful. Prices are slightly more expensive than some of the other big pet stores. Great range of toys and pet accessories. They offer a loyalty card, so after earning a certain number of points you can cash in for $$ off your shopping. Also, keep an eye out on the catalogue they have in store as they often have freebies on here.
