As a property owner I rang in with a simple request. The reception staff could only be described as hostile. The property management was rude. What unpleasant people to deal with. We have changed agencies. Our tenants found the staff very difficult to deal with as well.

Worse property management team I've ever had to deal with! Rude to the tenants very unhelpful and doesn't look after the owners interests! Maybe they need go attend reiq training ! Not even worth rating
