One of their GP's left me devstating test results on my voice message. Very unethical. When I called to ask the receptionist, Toni, for a medical certificate from the doctor as I was left hysterical, I overheard her say "THIS IS HER!" to her colleague. When I told the Toni that I heard what she said and that I was very offended. She yelled at me accussing me of abusing her. I asked her to please just request my medical certificate, she hung up on me. Absolutely appauled by not only the clinical staff at Phoenix Medical Centre, but by the infamous receptionist Toni. Unbelievable.

Been there few times because my usual clinic are fully booked.
Expensive clinic, charged more than other clinic.
Receptionists are just "so-so", not bad but not good either. Feel no connections at all other than I am just a patient.
Long waiting time, at least 30 mins.
Heater too warm in winter, nearly hard to breath there.
