Visited this travel agent and enquired about a river cruise along the River Volga in Russia. We were given good help and information about travelling in Russia and were not rushed in any way. Felt as though the agent had the appropriate knowledge and skills and not just reading from a brochure. Was pleased with the help and will be returning
