I have used this business twice recently and was very impressed with their service and workmanship both times.

We needed to return our vehicle three times for the damage to be completely repaired. We're still finding broken glass in seams in boot and around rear seats. Not great with a 2yo. They initially denied any responsibility which made the experience more frustrating and argued defensively during every communication. RACV recommended repairer? Never again.

Thanks to Andy at Phil Munday's in Kilsyth my 2009 Holden ute always looks great. If ever I have a small touch up job or bumper come lose he always has time for me to fix it on the spot or if it's bad book me in for a full repair there and then. The result is always perfect.

I have used this business several times over the past years and always been satisfied with their courtesy, promptness, honesty and quality of work. If something small is overlooked, there is NEVER an issue to fix it. Reliable, long established service provider that supports the local community.

Our experience with this panel beater was disappointing to say the least. They have been a reputable business in the area for many years, but unfortunately their customer service and quality of repair in our experience was not to the standard one would expect. We found the staff difficult to communicate with and the overall finish of the job fairly poor. We did take our car back and confront them with the problems, but we were brushed off and the car was not fixed until the third time we complained. Very disappointing and hopefully others have a better experience with this business than us!
