The staff here are absoloutely wonderful. We rent through them and have always found them to be very professional and friendly. They send regular e mails with updates, they regularly check the property and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Phillip Webb are a team of people who make a special effort to ensure we are comfortable and happy. I definately recommend approaching them if you are sellingign or renting, or want to rent your property. They will look after you.

I am now renting a house through Phillip Webb in Mitcham and have to say that they are the most professional agency I have rented through. Our letting agent was very pro-active at the start of our tenancy re getting issues sorted out and was well aware of the laws surrounding notice to vacate, landlord and tenant duties etc. I feel much more confident with this agency and highly recommend them!

We rented with these guys for over 3 years. We felt that sometimes they were preferential towards the landlords. They hiked up our rent a huge amount (not sure if it was their suggestion or the landlords idea) and we got the consumer affairs people involved who lowered it for us. The service is friendly and professional though.
