It's the only Cambodian in town and I hadn't had Kmer food since I was in Cambodia a few years ago.
As you enter "Phnom Pehn" it actually looks and feels like a restraunt in Phnom Pehn with it's bad decor and cheesy Asian music. But the staff are helpful and the experience in general is good (nothing flash).

Approximate cost: $10-20

I haven't been here in a while, but the food has been consistently good here. Good banquets and they cater for large groups. Friendly staff and atmosphere.
