Pho Ann is in a convenient location but Cabramatta is terrible for parking all round. The staff are prompt to serve and prove quite cheap Pho at bargain prices that takes satisfying. Average but not my first choice to goto for Phom

My Mum actually recommended this restaurant to me , as they have one of the tastiest beef pho this side of Cabramatta. Athough the address says it's located on John Street, it's actually not, hence it was confusing for me to locate. You have to enter via Belverere Arcade - near Tan Viet Noodle House.

The Beef pho is relatively cheap compared to others i have had. It's about $9 for a small serving and $11 for a large serve. I noticed on the food menu on the wall it only displays beef noodle soups, chicken noodle soups and the drinks menu. Also noticed alot of the diners were only here for the beef pho, so that's what I decided to order as well. I had the beef pho tai which considering the small size was a generous serve. Swimming in rare beef slices, spring onions, onions, coriander and add the vietnamese herbs provided , a squeeze of lemon juice, bean shoots and some chilli sauce and you have yourself a tasty meal. The broth was very flaboursome and eating it , made you have a warming feeling inside your stomach. Perfect for the rainy weather we have had in Sydney recently.

The rich and flavoursome broth, combined with the tender beef, lovely thick noodles, limited menu and fast service will see me returning for another bowl! Queue's had started to form as I was dining here, definitely a sign to come early to avoid lining up. My Mum was right, the pho is pretty darn good here!

I went here only a couple of time for lunch, this place specialise in one of the well known Vietnamese cuisine- Pho dishes that are satisfactory in taste which you can choose from beef to chicken.

I remember the first time that I went to this place I was a bit confused by the name of this restaurant with another restaurant in Bankstown called Pho An, that's why I decided to go and have a try.

In terms of space and service, the size of the restaurant is not that spacious, and the service there is satisfactory.
