Pho Tau Bay has been in Cabramatta for many years and I think this speaks for itself as a review on how I'm good and likable it is.
The ingredients are quality, the serving sizes are more than fair and the prices will not disappoint.

Just found this restaurant in a blog. My family loves pho! I probably say this is one of the best.

Pho Tau Bay is inline with the many other similar restaruants in this area - style, look, pricing, food options etc.
It is minimal and clean, good prices and good serving quantities. Its also tasty, appertising food.
Raw beef Pho is quite delicous. The quality and taste is what sets this place aside.

It certainly has been awhile since I've dined here. The beef pho is still pretty good here in my opinion, nice dark and flavoursome broth with hints of aniseed, ginger to accompany the rice noodles and rare beef slices.

Dishes at this Restaurant range from $10 to about $14. Like most Vietnamese / Chinese type eateries decor is minimal - plain tables, plain chairs and standard cutlery and sauce condiments on your table, your not coming here for the decor but the great tasting Vietnamese beef pho.

Service is minimal too. You simply find a table and order straightaway. Quick, fuss free lunch option whilst in Cabramatta.

This place was voted Best Pho in Sydney recently and it's not hard to see why, nestled in the end of the shopping strip is this little hub. The decor and seating isn't too flash but don't let that put you off!

The beef pho and the broth is delicious! The clear beef noodle soup rich in ginger, onion, star anise and cassia bark. Add hoisin sauce and the yummy chili sauce for extra flavour!Don't forget to tear and sprinkle some coriander and basil and a squeeze of lemon before diving in, it really lifts the entire meal to something special.

The perfect lunch in my opinion!

I left feeling satisfied and happy. That's why I'm a regular customer!

Food is very delicious especially with satay sauce. The service is extremely quick and efficient. It would probably be a bit difficult to communicate in English but not too much of a worry. The price is reasonable considering the portion size, my mother and I could both SHARE a pho there but then again we don't eat that much.
VERY DELICIOUS

One of my favourite places in Sydney for Pho. It's about as close to authentic Pho as you can get at a restaurant.

The broth is always made with exceptionally authentic and delicious flavours. There's always a generous serving of beef.

Whilst the restaurant is definitely no 5 star in terms of interior and ambience, don't be put off by this. Staff are friendly and the Pho always come out quick!

According to wifey's research this was reviewed as the best Pho in Sydney, and we just had to try it out. After some initial difficulty locating it (it's tucked behind the corner of John St, not on the main shopping side), we were delighted to find that it was a no-frills, authentic looking joint with many tables and customers. Having a dinner appointment later, we ordered a large bowl to share. We certainly weren't disappointed. The beef was tender and tasty, and the broth just right. It's still not exactly what we had at the roadside stalls in Hanoi, but can certainly say it's better than any we've had in Malaysia, Singapore or New York. Rivalling the best of what we've had in Quebec. (Strange reference points we know, but hey, we've only tried Pho at these few places). A definite spot to return to, each time we trundle down to Sydney.

the ambience here is just like that of Vietnam... and the pho is sUpErB!! You've gotta head here if you're after a super delicious bowl of authentic Viet pho. The broth is awesome.
