Phoenix Medi Spa

It amuses me that phoenixqld has reviewed this even with a "customer testimonial" seeing as 2 months ago I tried to get in contact with them by email and phone and heard nothing and didn't get through. Still waiting to find out what's happening since apparently they have a closed until further notice sign on their door (I haven't borthered making a pointless trip to look). For a highly recommended business they fall very short of what I consider "great service".

I highly recommend this Medi-Spa. I had a series skin treatments such as peels and needling to help revive my skin again and have never felt better. Thank you so much to the lovely girls there I will definitely be coming back for all my beauty treatments.

I would have to say the worst spray tan I have ever recieved! Uneven application has resulted in some of my body parts still being white! What I paid for the spray tan was a waste of money! .I won't be going back that's for sure!

This Spa is actually quite good, sadly they may not understand the limitations of IPL and it may not work for everyone. For my self and six other friends who have been going here since a Spreets voucher purchase way back in February, our treatments worked as expected. As for not getting in on an expired voucher, quite frankly that happens in sooo many other places, why an earth would you expect them to accept it. Plus it even says it in the voucher terms when it is bought. So tough luck to your friend, it would seem they need to take a lesson of organisation and planning from their experience. No company is perfect but they do an overall very good job. I would go back here again and recommend them all the time.

Terrible Spa! I had hair removal treatments and they cost a fortune and have not worked!! Have had to repay another spa to fix up there problem. The management was a horrible and questioned me when I was reelected to pay for the final treatment as I did not see a difference. Poor customer service and rubish treatments. Another one of my friends bought the deals to this spa off one of the coupon sites, and she was one day off the expiry and they refused to serve her! $150 down the drain! Would not recommend this Spa at all!

My last visit was brilliant. The new staff are fantastic and they have some awesome options and deals going on. I had a brilliant stem cell peel last week, I highly recommend getting one if you have not had one yet.
