Admin staff are very rude and do not show any interest in the patients problem. They have trainees on the phones who do not have any knowledge of how to deal with patients, and the permanent staff don't care when you tell them

Very hard to get an appointment when you need one. Doctor are helpful once you do get an appointment. They have a nurses area off to one side which is very handy, so you don't have to travel to a separate place to get blood test done etc. Doctors fees hurt the pocket though.
